Worth having: the reel and probe survive the well, but the drive back in a truck bed is what actually damages a tape and knocks a probe out of calibration. A padded bag also keeps a wet reel from soaking everything else in the vehicle.

Which size?

• Fits 100–300 ft / 30–100 m reels
• Fits 500–1000 ft / 150–300 m reels

Match the bag to your reel's tape length. No bag is offered for the 1500 ft and longer rewind reels — those ship without a bag option.
