Refund/Return Policy
Enviro-Tech offers a customer satisfaction guarantee. If any product delivered does not meet your satisfaction please call the customer Service Number above.

Purchase Orders
Enviro-Tech accepts P.O.s subject to our credit approval. You may apply for credit terms by phoning 1-800-468-8921. A copy of our credit application may be downloaded through this link: Credit Application.

Equipment Rental Agreements
Rentals are not prebilled. Rentals are billed according to the time you have the equipment in your possession. You are not billed for time the rental equipment is in transit. The rental period begins when the rental equipment is delivered to you, or when it is picked up by you at our will-call. The rental period ends when the rental equipment is shipped back to us by you or delivered by you to our office at the address above.
Our rental billing cycle is by the Day, Week, or Month. We will always bill at the lowest rate, i.e.: if you rent equipment for 4 days and the Daily rate x 4 is more than the Weekly rate, we will bill the 1 Week rate.
Our "Quality Guarantee" on rentals: we will provide a working, calibrated instrument with all the necessary accessories, if we fail to provide any of this, your rental is FREE until we fix it, provided you notify us immediately of the problem.

A Rental Agreement must be signed and faxed to us before we can ship a piece of rental equipment to you. Call us at the number above to have a Rental Agreement faxed to you. You may also download a Rental Agreement form by clicking on the link below.
