Myron L Ultrapen PT4 Free Chlorine Equivalent (FCE) & Temperature Pen
The Myron L Ultrapen PT4 reports Free Chlorine Equivalent (FCE) and temperature from a single dip. Rather than reacting a diluted sample with reagents, the PT4 derives free available chlorine from the oxidation-reduction potential of the water itself — the property that actually drives disinfection — so what you read reflects sanitizing power in the source water. No DPD powders, no color matching, no consumables to stock.
Application
Well suited to drinking water distribution checks, cooling water and process disinfection, food and beverage sanitation, and pool/spa sanitizer verification. The sealed, fully encapsulated electronics and waterproof housing survive field handling, the ORP sensor is user replaceable (order RPT4), and it runs on a single N-type battery.
