The Solinst LevelVent 5 is a highly accurate, vented pressure transducer designed for continuous, real-time water level and temperature measurement. Unlike absolute loggers, the LevelVent 5 utilizes a vented cable to automatically compensate for barometric pressure changes, providing instantaneous, compensated data without the need for a separate Barologger or post-processing.

The LevelVent 5 is designed for ease of use in the field. The system consists of the vented logger, a specialized vented cable, and a surface wellhead.

• Vented Cables: These cables are designed to be flexible and durable, containing power and communication wires, as well as a vent tube with a hydrophobic filter to keep moisture out of the system. 
• Power Efficiency: The system is powered by standard 9V or AA batteries located in the Wellhead, making power replacement simple without having to pull the logger from the well.
• Integration Ready: Easily connects to Solinst Telemetry Systems (LevelSender, STS, RMT) or third-party dataloggers via SDI-12 or MODBUS protocols.
