Replacement emptying devices for Geotech SS6 stainless steel reusable bailers. These are the bottom fittings that control how the sample leaves the bailer, and they are the part that wears — threads gall, seats scar, and check surfaces stop sealing long before the bailer body itself is worn out. Replacing the device restores the bailer instead of retiring it.

Two styles are offered for each diameter:

• Bailer device — standard bottom-emptying fitting for routine sample transfer into jars and containers.
• VOC device — controlled slow-flow tip that lets you fill a VOA vial without turbulence, minimising loss of volatiles during transfer.

PFAS-free versions are available for both styles and both diameters. Order these when the sampling program requires documented PFAS-free wetted materials — they carry a premium over the standard devices but keep the whole flow path compliant.
