The Solinst Peristaltic Pump is designed with a transparent pump head, allowing for easy inspection of the tubing both before and during use. The cover of the pump head can be effortlessly removed for cleaning or replacing the tubing, while built-in tubing guides ensure that the tubing remains securely in place during sampling without the need for additional clamps.

This pump operates with a 12 ft. power cord featuring alligator clips, which can connect to nearly any 12-volt DC power source capable of supplying 3–5 amps at maximum power, such as a car, boat, or small gel cell battery. It can even connect directly to a vehicle battery. The motor has adjustable speed, is reversible, includes an easy-to-reset circuit breaker, and features reverse polarity protection to safeguard the pump from damage. The standard tubing, made from medical-grade silicone, is 5/8" OD, and can be adapted to use thinner tubing for lower sampling rates. Only the tubing comes into contact with samples, ensuring high sample integrity and reducing the risk of cross-contamination by allowing for easy tubing replacement between locations.
