Solinst 101D DrawDown Water Level Meter
The Solinst 101D DrawDown Water Level Meter shares the same P7 probe and laser-marked flat tape as the standard 101 Water Level Meter, but adds a toggle switch that reverses the circuit logic. In standard mode, the buzzer and light activate when the probe touches water, just like a conventional water level meter. In drawdown mode, the logic flips so the buzzer and light activate when the probe is in air — signaling the moment water drops below the probe — which lets an operator continuously monitor water level decline during pumping without having to raise and lower the probe to find the current level.
- Toggle switch reverses buzzer/light logic between water-level and drawdown modes
- Drawdown mode signals continuously as water level falls below the probe
- Same P7 probe and laser-marked PVDF flat tape as the standard 101 meter
- Accurate to every millimeter or 1/100 ft
- Submersible probe and tape rated -20°C to +80°C
- Available in lengths up to 1500 m (SC4500 reel configuration)
- Continuous drawdown monitoring during pumping tests
- Well development and purging
- Slug, step, and hydraulic conductivity testing
- Dewatering monitoring during construction
- Standard depth-to-water measurement
- Aquifer testing programs
