Seametrics LevelSCOUT 2X Level & Temperature Logger
The Seametrics LevelSCOUT 2X is a submersible smart sensor and datalogger that measures groundwater level and temperature in a single compact probe just 0.875" (2.22 cm) in diameter. Built for continuous water level monitoring, aquifer storage and recovery testing, and long-term environmental compliance programs, it logs up to 100,000 records of level, temperature, and time on a 5-year replaceable lithium battery.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel, acetal, and Viton for corrosion resistance in fresh, brackish, or saline field conditions, the LevelSCOUT 2X is an absolute (non-vented) sensor that requires no vent tube, desiccant, or bellows — reducing maintenance on long-term groundwater level monitoring deployments. Pair it with a BaroSCOUT 2X barometric logger (see our Pressure Transducers collection) and Seametrics' free Aqua4Plus 2.0 software to automatically compensate readings for changes in atmospheric pressure.
- ±0.05% full-scale pressure accuracy with thermally compensated temperature readings
- 100,000-record non-volatile memory with pause-logging and delayed-start capability
- 5-year replaceable lithium battery for low-maintenance, long-term deployments
- Digital Modbus RTU (RS485) and SDI-12 output for direct telemetry integration
- Field-serviceable connectors available cableless or with custom cable lengths
- Free Aqua4Plus 2.0 logging software with barometric compensation utility
