Seametrics DO2 Dissolved Oxygen Sensor
The Seametrics DO2 is an optical dissolved oxygen sensor with an integrated datalogger, using fluorescence of a stable, immobilized ruthenium-based film matrix to measure oxygen concentration without membranes, fill solutions, cartridges, or replacement caps. Its compact 1.66" diameter body fits easily into 2-inch wells.
Because the DO2's fluorescence-based sensing doesn't require water movement, flow, or frequent cleaning and calibration, it's well suited to long-term unattended deployments in landfill leachate, wastewater treatment, and remediation performance monitoring. It communicates over Modbus RTU (RS485) and runs on Seametrics' free Aqua4Plus software.
