RKI SC-9000 Toxic Gas Detector
The RKI SC-9000 is a sample-draw toxic gas detector built for demanding process environments, using electrochemical sensors to track gases like hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, silane, and nitric oxide well below hazardous thresholds. An internal pump pulls a continuous sample at roughly 0.5 L/min, and a full-dot digital LCD shows live concentration alongside peak and average readings.
The SC-9000 runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion pack (60-hour runtime, 3-hour charge) or 3×AA alkaline batteries (30-hour runtime), and pairs Bluetooth connectivity with IrDA and onboard datalogging for remote monitoring and record-keeping. Intrinsically safe (ATEX/IECEx Ex ia IIC T4 Ga) with a latching 95dB alarm and self-diagnostic bump-test capability, it's backed by a 3-year sensor warranty.
