RKI GX-9000 Marine Gas Monitor
The RKI GX-9000 is a rugged, configurable marine gas monitor built for tanker, refinery, and confined-space entry work, drawing samples through catalytic, NDIR, thermal-conductivity, and electrochemical sensors depending on the gas package selected. Sensor combinations span standard confined-space gases (O2, CO, H2S) alongside hydrocarbon, methane, chlorine, and CO2 detection in both diffusion and IR-based ranges.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion pack with AC adapter (roughly 25-hour runtime) or dry alkaline cells (about 12 hours), the GX-9000 carries IP66/68 housing and MED marine-type approval alongside ATEX and IECEx certification. The GX-9000H variant adds dual-range (low/high) H2S detection for applications where both trace and high-concentration H2S readings matter.
