RKI FP-300 Paper Tape Gas Monitor
The RKI FP-300 is a continuous paper-tape gas monitor that uses photoelectric photometry against a plug-in chemcassette tape to detect toxic gases at trace concentrations, with roughly one month of tape life before replacement and an onboard tape-remaining display with end-of-tape warning. Latching or self-resetting alarms drive yellow caution and red warning lamps, a buzzer, relay contacts, and a 4-20mA output.
Available in gas-specific tape versions — ammonia, arsine, chlorine, diborane, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, phosphine, silane, boron trifluoride, ClF3, hydrogen bromide, and a specialty C4F6/C5F8 version — the FP-300 is offered in panel-mount (24VDC, ~14.3 lb) or desktop (100-220VAC, ~12.1 lb) configurations for semiconductor fab and scrubber exhaust monitoring.
