The RKI Digester Gas Monitor is a wall-mounted NDIR/electrochemical analyzer built for continuous biogas monitoring, tracking methane (0-100% vol), oxygen (0-25% vol), carbon dioxide (0-50% vol), and hydrogen sulfide (0-1,000 ppm standard, other ranges available) in any combination up to all four gases at once. Sample tubing reaches up to 100 feet with a 3 SCFH system flow rate, and the unit automatically shuts off internally at 10% LEL for safety.

Each active sensor channel outputs its own 4-20mA signal alongside Modbus RTU over RS-485, and the NEMA 4X enclosure runs on 100/115/220VAC or 24VDC. Choose the single-gas, dual-gas, or full four-gas configuration that matches your digester monitoring requirements — additional gas combinations and H2S ranges are available by quote.
