RKI Beacon 3200 Gas Detection Controller
The RKI Beacon 3200 is a modular controller that scales up to 32 channels across 8 sensor/relay module slots (4 sensors and 8 relays per card), with a 7-inch color touchscreen displaying every channel at once. Four base Form-C relays cover fail/alarm conditions, expandable through additional relay cards, and outputs include per-channel 4-20mA, RS-485 Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP over Ethernet, and SD-card datalogging across all 32 channels.
Housed in a NEMA 4X fiberglass/polyester enclosure with a Lexan window, the Beacon 3200 runs on 115/220VAC or 24VDC with optional battery backup and operates from -40°F to 122°F. It's built for facilities consolidating a large number of gas detection points into one touchscreen-managed system rather than a rack of standalone controllers.
