RKI AirLink 6900/6940 Wireless Multi-Sensor Transmitter

The RKI AirLink 6900/6940 series wirelessly reports readings from multiple remote-mounted gas sensor heads — electrochemical, PID, or low-power infrared — onto an AirLink network, with the battery-powered 6900 running on dual 3.6V lithium cells for up to 2 years and the AC-powered 6940NXP handling up to 4 simultaneous sensor heads with an integrated backup battery. Remote sensor cable runs extend up to 250 feet for electrochemical heads.

The 6900 carries CQPSUS Class I, Division 1 & 2, Groups B, C, D certification with a NEMA 3/4/4X/7/9 housing, while the 6940NXP uses a NEMA 4/4X/6 fiberglass enclosure (IP66, UL508/746C). Both transmit over 900MHz or 2.4GHz radio (roughly 1-1.5 mile range) to an AirLink 7010 or 7032 controller.
