RKI AirLink 5900 Wireless Gas Detector Converter
The RKI AirLink 5900 converts any existing 4-20mA fixed gas detector into a wireless transmitter, letting facilities retrofit hardwired sensors onto an AirLink wireless network without rerunning cable. A sunlight-readable 102x64 LCD shows live readings locally, and the aluminum housing carries ATEX and CSA explosion-proof certification for hazardous-area installation.
Available in 900MHz (52 networks) or 2.4GHz (78 networks) radio bands to match the receiving AirLink 7010, 7032, or 7543 controller, the AirLink 5900 is wire-powered at 12-35VDC and rated for -40°C to +54°C operation — a straightforward way to extend an existing wired gas detection network wirelessly.
