Myron L UltrapenX2 PTBT5 Bluetooth Dissolved Oxygen Pen
The Myron L UltrapenX2 PTBT5 measures dissolved oxygen and temperature and pushes each reading to the UltrapenX2 mobile app over Bluetooth, where records are stored with time stamps, notes and email export. An optical-grade DO sensor means no membranes to replace and no filling solutions to maintain.
Application
Aeration basin and effluent monitoring at wastewater plants, stream and lake surveys, aquaculture and hatchery tanks, and groundwater sampling where DO is part of the geochemical picture. Readings are temperature compensated automatically, and the pen's sealed housing tolerates repeated field immersion.
Calibration and care
Calibrate against Myron L DO calibration solution (DOSOL). The replacement DO sensor is available as RPT5 / DOM5K.
