The Ion Science Titan 2 is a wall-mounted, continuous, benzene-specific gas monitor — not a total-VOC detector reporting benzene by inference. It resolves benzene accurately from 0.02 ppm and rejects interfering gases, which is the whole problem with monitoring benzene in a refinery or petrochemical atmosphere: the background is full of other hydrocarbons that a broadband detector cannot distinguish from the compound you are actually regulated on. Certified for ATEX zones with an IP65-rated enclosure, Titan 2 is built for permanent outdoor installation in process areas.

Titan 2 is available as a complete monitor or as a detector module for retrofit into an existing Titan installation.
