Ion Science Panther Handheld Gas Leak Detector

The Ion Science Panther is a handheld gas leak detector engineered to locate and pinpoint leaks quickly and accurately, built on Ion Science's patented Negative Ion Capture (NIC) detection principle. NIC was developed specifically to replace radioactive electron-capture (Ni-63) detectors, eliminating their licensing burden, argon consumption, long recovery time after high exposure, and costly factory detector repairs. The result is a fast, sensitive, non-radioactive instrument that finds very small leaks — the ones regulated emission limits increasingly require you to catch.

The Panther PRO adds advanced data and communication capability via the PRO interface dongle. Standard Panther units can be field-upgraded to PRO specification.
