Heron H.OIL Oil/Water Interface Meter (Series 1600)
The Heron H.OIL is an oil/water interface meter that detects the boundary between two liquid layers in a well, tank, or vessel — floating product (LNAPL), sinking product (DNAPL), and water each trigger distinct audio and visual signals, with resolution down to roughly 1mm layers.
Application
Used to detect leaking hydrocarbons from tanks or vessels into groundwater, commonly at fueling stations, remediation sites, and petrochemical facilities. It's intrinsically safe certified, making it suitable for hazardous-area work in oil & gas and chemical settings.
