The Heron dipper-Log 128+ is a groundwater data logger that records both pressure (water level) and temperature, storing up to 128,000 data sets with download speeds of over 21,000 readings per minute. It suspends in the well on a cord or direct-read cable and connects to a laptop via a PC communication cable to program, download, and retrieve data.

Used for long-term groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and pump/slug testing wherever a compact, battery-powered logger needs to run unattended for months or years. Expected battery life runs up to 15 years depending on logging frequency.
