Hanna HI93414-01 EPA Turbidity and Free/Total Chlorine Portable Meter
The Hanna HI93414 is a high-accuracy portable meter that combines a nephelometric turbidimeter and a chlorine colorimeter to measure the two most important drinking-water parameters — turbidity (0.00 to 1000 NTU) and free/total chlorine (0.00 to 5.00 mg/L).
Key features
- EPA-compliant: meets EPA Method 180.1 for turbidity and adapts EPA 330.5 / Standard Method 4500-Cl G for chlorine
- Advanced optical system with tungsten lamp, 525 nm interference filter, and 25 mm round optical-glass cuvettes to minimize stray light and color interference
- Three measurement modes (ratio turbidity, free chlorine, total chlorine); normal, continuous, and signal-averaging reading
- Fast Tracker T.I.S. tag identification, full GLP, USB/RS-232 data transfer, and logging of 200 readings; runs on batteries or line power
