Seametrics PT12 Pressure/Temperature Sensor - Titanium
The Seametrics PT12 is a submersible pressure and temperature sensor built in corrosion-resistant titanium, designed to convert analog well and tank level readings into a digital sensor network for saltwater or highly corrosive monitoring sites. Its piezo-electric, media-isolated pressure element is temperature-compensated for accurate readings.
Communicating over both SDI-12 (v1.3) and Modbus RTU (RS485), the PT12 supports up to 200 feet of daisy-chain cabling for networked multi-sensor installations, and is built with noise immunity and transient protection for harsh field conditions. Pair it with a PT12-BV barometric logger to compensate absolute-range readings for atmospheric pressure.
- Piezo-electric, media-isolated pressure element, temperature-compensated
- Dual SDI-12 (v1.3) and Modbus RTU (RS485) communication interfaces
- Titanium construction for saltwater and highly corrosive environments
- Up to 200 ft. daisy-chain cable capability for multi-sensor networks
- Optional USGS-OSW enhanced calibration for improved accuracy (15/30 PSIG)
- Barometric compensation capability with a PT12-BV companion logger
