Geotech SiteView is the annual data plan behind your remote monitoring station. It covers everything between the field device and your screen — the cellular data connection, secure cloud hosting, alerting, and the web and mobile dashboards. One plan per telemetry unit, renewed yearly.

Required for every telemetry unit. A logger without a plan still records, but nothing reaches you until a plan is active.

Which tier do I need?

The tiers differ by how often your device uploads. Choose on how fast you need to know about a change — not on how often the sensor reads. The device logs continuously either way, then transmits on the schedule below.

• Essential — uploads every 4 hours. Right for trend monitoring where a few hours' latency is fine: long-term groundwater levels, routine compliance logging, background water quality.
• Pro — uploads every hour. For same-day awareness of a developing condition, and alerting that needs to be reasonably prompt.
• Enterprise — real-time uploads. For process control, permit-critical discharge monitoring, flood and overflow warning, and anywhere an alarm has to reach someone within minutes.

Compatibility

SiteView plans currently cover Ayyeka Wavelet telemetry units — 4R, V2, LoRaWAN V2, and Ex V2. As we add supported telemetry hardware, SiteView will cover those platforms too.
