Complete portable sampling systems built around the RediFlo2 (MP1) pump. Every option on this page includes the pump, the motor lead with integrated stainless safety cable, and the Geotech portable reel — assembled, wound and ready to deploy. Roll it to the wellhead, connect the VFD, and sample.

Applications

Choosing a configuration

• Happy Hose — discharge tubing and motor lead bundled into a single jacketed run. Easiest to handle and to decontaminate. Includes tubing.
• All-in-One Lead — discharge tubing with the motor lead integrated into the same assembly. Widest material choice, including PTFE. Includes tubing.
• Collector Reel — hand reel with a centre collector and all-in-one lead, for setups where discharge is routed away at the wellhead. Supplied without discharge tubing.

Choosing a tubing material

• LDPE — the economical standard for routine purging and general groundwater work.
• FEP Lined PE — an inert fluoropolymer flow path with a polyethylene outer wall. Use where the analyte list rules out direct contact with polyethylene, at lower cost than full fluoropolymer.
• PTFE — fully inert fluoropolymer throughout. The reference material for VOCs, SVOCs and low-level organics.
• PVC Nylobraid — braided-reinforced PVC for higher pressure and rougher handling where chemical inertness is less critical.

Required

• Variable Frequency Drive — 115 V or 230 V; sets discharge rate from 8 GPM down to 100 mL/min
• 15 ft extension cord — connects the VFD to the reel
• Cooling shroud — required in any well 4" or larger. In 2" wells the passing water cools the pump automatically; in wider casings it can overheat and suffer permanent damage.
• Discharge tubing — only for the Collector Reel options, which ship without it
