Myron L Dialysate Meter D-1 & D-2 Analog Conductivity Meter
The Myron L Dialysate Meter is an analog conductivity instrument scaled specifically for dialysate solution verification. The D-1 expands the 11-15 mS window across the full scale for high resolution right where acetate and bicarbonate dialysate should read; the D-2 offers dual 0-10 and 0-20 mS ranges for broader checks. Both use Myron L's temperature-compensated cell, so a reading takes one hand and a few seconds.
Application
Independent verification of dialysate conductivity in dialysis clinics and biomedical service work — confirming machine-mounted sensors, checking mixed solution before a treatment, and troubleshooting proportioning problems. Also used in dialysis water treatment rooms as a quick check on RO product water.
