The Myron L AG-5 Agri-Meter is a rugged analog conductivity meter scaled 0-5 mS for agricultural work — the range where irrigation water, nutrient solutions and soil-extract salinity actually sit. Fill the cell cup, press the button, read the scale; temperature compensation is automatic, and there is nothing to charge or configure.

Application

Used to check irrigation and well water salinity before it reaches a sensitive crop, monitor fertigation and nutrient solution strength in greenhouses and nurseries, and track salt accumulation through saturated-paste or 1:2 soil extracts. Simple enough to hand to seasonal staff and durable enough to live in a farm truck.
