Replacement filters, media and seals for the HORIBA SR-305 solvent reclaimer, which recovers used S-316 extraction solvent for reuse in OCMA oil content analyzers. Select the item you need from the dropdown.

The reclaimer only saves you money while its media is still working. Activated carbon has a finite adsorption capacity, and once it is loaded with oil it stops removing contaminants — reclaimed solvent quality falls off, and that shows up as poor blanks and drifting results on the analyzer. Replacing carbon, alumina and filters on a routine schedule is what keeps recovered solvent usable.

Filters

Water separation filters, set of 2, 118 mm diameter (part no. 3200762538) — remove carried-over water from spent solvent before it reaches the media columns.
Filters for carbon container, set of 2 (part no. 3200044429) — special mesh filters that deliberately slow the flow rate so the solvent gets adequate contact time with the activated carbon. Using a substitute filter that flows too freely will reduce reclaim efficiency.

Media

Activated carbon, 500 g pack (part no. 3200043781) — adsorbs extracted oil from the spent solvent. The primary consumable in the reclaim process.
Activated alumina, 90 g pack (part no. 3200044431) — final drying and polishing stage after the carbon column.

Seals

O-ring set (part no. 3200044035) — holds the water separation and carbon filters in position. Replace when reassembling the column so filters seat correctly and solvent cannot bypass the media.
