Accessories for HORIBA LAQUAtwin pocket water quality meters — the sampling sheets that let you measure genuinely tiny samples, the holder that makes them easy to use one-handed, and the hard case for carrying a set of meters into the field.

• Sampling sheet B, Y046 (part no. 3200053858) — pack of 100. Absorbent sheets that drop the minimum sample volume to about 0.05 mL, roughly a third of what the bare sensor needs. Press the sheet against a leaf, a soil surface or a damp material and lay it on the sensor to read.
• Sampling sheet holder, Y048 (part no. 3200459736) — reusable holder that grips a sampling sheet so you can take a sample and transfer it to the meter without touching the sheet. Fits the whole LAQUAtwin range.
• LAQUAtwin carrying case (part no. 5700012843) — hard case sized for up to six meters plus their standard solutions. For crews running several parameters at once.

Why sampling sheets are useful

The flat sensor already works from a drop, but some samples will not give you even that — a leaf surface, a moist soil crumb, a swab from equipment, or a residue you cannot dilute without changing the result. The sampling sheet absorbs a small amount of liquid and presents it to the sensor as a usable sample. It also filters out fine particulates that would otherwise sit on the sensor and skew the reading, which matters with soil extracts in particular.
