Horiba 3-in-1 Combination pH Electrode with Built-in Temperature Sensor

HORIBA 3-in-1 combination pH electrodes contain the pH-sensing glass, the reference half-cell and a temperature sensor in a single body. Because temperature is measured at the same point as pH, the meter applies automatic temperature compensation without a separate probe — one connector, one electrode, correctly compensated readings.

This is the range to choose from when your meter supports automatic temperature compensation. Below, the models are grouped by what makes them different, because picking the wrong body or junction type is the most common cause of poor pH data.

General purpose

  • 9652-10D (3200786359) — gel-filled combination electrode, black body, 1 m cable. Maintenance-free general workhorse.
  • 9652-20D (3200786361) — as above with a 2 m cable for deeper vessels or awkward reach.
  • 9651-10D (3200642020) — gel-filled combination electrode.
  • 9625-10D (3200360505) — plastic-bodied, lead-free. Tougher than glass where breakage is a risk.
  • 9615S-10D (3200585428) — ToupH lead-free glass electrode. HORIBA's durable ToupH glass resists abrasion and thermal shock.

Difficult samples

  • 9600-10D (3200358859) — PureIL electrode for ultrapure and very low conductivity water, where ordinary electrodes drift badly or will not stabilize at all.
  • 9631-10D (3200524119) — hydrofluoric acid resistant. HF attacks ordinary pH glass; use this for fluoride-bearing samples.
  • 9632-10D (3200524120) — strong alkali resistant, for high-pH samples where standard glass suffers alkali error and shortened life.

Sleeve junction — for dirty, viscous or low-ionic samples

  • 6367N-10D (3200991603) — standard sleeve glass electrode.
  • 9681S-10D (3200585463) — ToupH lead-free sleeve electrode.

A sleeve junction can be opened and flushed, so it clears rather than clogs. Choose sleeve types for slurries, emulsions, proteins, soils and tris buffers, where a ceramic junction blocks quickly.

Special geometries

  • 9618N-10D (3200991595) — micro ToupH glass electrode, for very small sample volumes and narrow tubes.
  • 9680S-10D (3200585455) — long ToupH lead-free electrode, for deep flasks, tanks and reactors.
  • 6252-10D (3014080850) — needle-type glass electrode, for penetrating semi-solids such as meat, cheese, dough, fruit and soil cores.

Applications

  • Laboratory pH measurement and titration
  • Environmental water, wastewater and soil analysis
  • Food, beverage and dairy quality control
  • Pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing
  • Semiconductor and power generation ultrapure water monitoring
  • Plating, etching and chemical process control including HF and caustic streams
