The 1.66" x 18" Dedicated Bladder Pump is built to stay in the well between sampling events rather than being carried from location to location. Stainless steel body with 3/8" compression fittings on both the air and discharge sides, in place of the hose barbs used on the portable pumps.

Leaving a pump installed removes the two biggest sources of variability in a long-running program: you are not decontaminating between wells, and you are not re-seating a pump at a slightly different depth each visit. Results become more comparable event to event, and field time per well drops sharply.

Application

Long-term compliance monitoring networks, wells sampled on a fixed schedule, and any site where the same points are visited quarterly or monthly. Best paired with a large reel and 3/8" compression tubing rather than the portable hand reels.
