Geotech GeoControl Pro Repair Parts
Field-replaceable parts for the Geotech geocontrol PRO™ bladder pump controller — from the compressor and PCB down to individual screws and washers.
Item numbers match the exploded parts diagram shown above, which is reproduced from Section 7 of the controller manual. Find the part on the diagram, note its number, then select the matching option below.
Common Parts
- Item 31 — Compressor. The single most common wear item; it runs every cycle and is the usual cause of a controller that powers up but builds no pressure.
- Item 16 — Solenoid. Directs air to the pump and vents it. A rebuild kit and replacement O-rings are stocked separately and will often restore a sticking solenoid for a fraction of the replacement cost — try those first.
- Item 26 — PCB assembly. Potted 75-second timer board; replace when timing becomes erratic or the unit will not cycle.
- Item 12a/12b — Pressure gauge. Panel mount 1–100 PSI. Worth replacing as soon as the reading is suspect, since every pressure diagnosis depends on it.
- Items 2, 3, 6 — Potentiometer, switch, circuit breaker. The front-panel controls, and straightforward swaps.
Fasteners, hose barbs, fittings and hardware are listed individually so a rebuild can be ordered complete in one go.
Before you order
If the controller powers up but will not build pressure, work through the troubleshooting section of the manual first — the fault is often a cut or kinked air line rather than a controller part. Geotech Service can also advise on whether a unit is worth repairing in the field or should be returned: 1-800-833-7958.
