AMS Replaceable-Tip Soil Probe Kits pull clean 0–36" soil profiles for fertility, agronomic, and environmental sampling. Each 1" x 36" probe is built from thick .109" wall chromoly with a sample window (choose standard or a full 24" window to recover 0–24" cores), and its nickel-plated, heat-treated replaceable tip swaps out with the included spanner wrench when it wears or hits rock — no need to replace the whole probe.

The hammer-head cross handle lets you drive the probe with the included impact-absorbing dead-blow hammer — no heavy slide hammer to haul — while a standard 10" cross handle handles easy soils. Powered and slide-hammer configurations are available for tougher ground: choose a manual Hammer-Head kit, a Slide Hammer kit, an electric Hammer Drill kit, or a Gas Hammer kit, in standard or 24"-window probes.
